SocGen has ISAE certification for KIID production
Societe Generale Securities Services (SGSS) has obtained ISAE 3000 certification of its systems of control for the production of Key Investor Information Documents (KIIDs), the service it launched in November 2010 aimed at asset managers.
The quality of the design, as well as the implementation of the control procedures within the framework of the production of KIID, have been certified by the audit firm PricewaterhouseCoopers Sàrl in Luxembourg.
This ISAE certification adds to the ISAE 3402 certification that SGSS received in April this year for all its internal control procedures.
