BNY Mellon in for the WIN

WIN Semiconductors has chosen BNY Mellon as depositary for the listing and offering of its global depositary receipts (GDRs).

WIN Semiconductors produces semiconductor devices including power amplifiers and radio frequency switch chips.

The GDR’s are listed on the Luxembourg Stock Exchange and admitted to trading on the Euro MTF Market.

Yu-Chi Wang, WIN Semiconductors CEO, said: "In coming to market at this time, we particularly value BNY Mellon's depository receipts experience, both in the Taiwan market and in working with technology companies like ours."

"It is encouraging to see technology firms like WIN Semiconductors access global capital in the current economic environment," said Michael Cole-Fontayn, CEO of BNY Mellon's depositary receipts business.

"From transactional expertise to accessing institutional investors worldwide, we'll work closely with WIN Semiconductors to help raise the visibility of its new GDR program," added Cole-Fontayn.
