Calastone opens office in Zurich

Fund transaction network Calastone has opened up shop in Zurich, Switzerland.

The decision to open a new office in Zurich allows Calastone to provide a local presence to the Swiss market, in line with its business model of providing support to domestic as well as cross-border funds.

To help develop the Swiss market, Vittorio Pujatti has been hired to the management team, and joins as director of Swiss sales & business development.

Pujatti has 25 years in high-level sales and managerial experience in the Swiss and International securities firms, and financial investments houses, including head of US-Equity Proprietary team at UBS Investment Bank in Zurich, managing director/branch manager at Instinet Schweiz (AG) and CIO of VGP.
