Riva Financial Systems has appointed Jo Vowles as senior test manager.
Vowles will be based at the Riva Financial Systems headquarters in Douglas and will report to Tim Leeming, director of testing and application support.
She joins Riva from Friends Provident International, where she held the position of test manager, managing a team of eight acceptance testers with responsibility for delivering testing services for a variety of strategic and tactical projects.
In her new role, Vowles is tasked with delivering high-quality testing services to Riva projects. Fostering an environment of continual improvement, she will be designing and implementing testing process improvements across test teams located on both the Isle of Man and in Pune, India.
