Baker & McKenzie hires Ana García
Law firm Baker & McKenzie has hired Ana García as partner to manage its financial services area in the banking and finance department, which is led by José Bauzá in Madrid.
García specialises in derivative markets and structured financial products, as well as collective investment schemes, hedge funds, distressed funds and venture capital.
The banking and finance practice area now has five partners working as part of the firm’s global practice group.
García commented on her appointment: "I am very excited and eager to join Baker & McKenzie, with a solid reputation in Spain, a clear desire to grow and a decisive commitment to regulatory law.”
