RBC enjoys Perpetual partnership

Australian asset manager Perpetual has retained RBC Investor & Treasury Services as its custodian and administrator.

RBC has worked with Perpetual since 2001, and will also continue to provide unit pricing, fund accounting, and tax and foreign exchange services.

Perpetual manages money across multi-asset strategies, credit and fixed income, and Australian and global equities.

David Travers, managing director of RBC Investor & Treasury Services in Australia, said: “We’re committed to providing Perpetual with an outstanding client experience through the delivery of operational excellence and an enhanced focus on client collaboration.”

He added: “Perpetual is one of the strongest brands in financial services in Australia and it is deeply rewarding that they have extended their partnership with RBC.”

Paul Statham, general manager for operations and business at Perpetual Investments, said: “Perpetual is excited by RBC’s commitment to Australia and its focus on enhancing its technology and operational efficiency.”

“RBC has the operational capability and client focus to support our growth, and they come with the backing of one of the largest banks in the world with the highest credit rating of all the global custody providers operating in Australia.”
