Vaultier 7 chooses Intertrust as its fund administrator

UK-based private equity firm Vaultier7 (V7) has selected Intertrust to be its fund administrator.

Intertrust will provide V7 with fund administration, reporting and regulatory services.

According to Intertrust, they have been appointed by V7 for the depth of their asset class knowledge.

V7 focusses on the beauty, wellness and lifestyle sectors and will invest in companies with revenues between £3 million and £15 million.

Commenting on the appointment, Vaultier7 said: "We appointed Intertrust based on their proven asset class expertise and strong global reputation. They will provide us with a solid platform to launch our funds and support us in our ambition to be an innovative market leader."

Alex Di Santo, director of Intertrust Fund Services, commented: “The team at V7 are truly unique in their fund proposition and we are very excited to be a part of it.”

Di Santo added: “A growing number of emerging fund managers such as V7 are now entering the market. These funds have a real competitive advantage over some of the larger players who struggle to produce comparable returns.”
