Preqin hires new chief product and marketing officer

Preqin, the alternative asset industry’s provider of indispensable data, has hired Dmitri Sedov as chief product and marketing officer.

Prior to joining Preqin, Sedov was a managing partner at Evocado Ventures, a venture firm which focuses on sustainability fintech.

Sedov has previously worked as head of innovation at S&P Global and has held senior leadership roles in strategy, product development, and marketing across S&P Global’s various platforms.

The newly created role has united Preqin’s product, marketing, and communication functions, and the appointment comes as Preqin expands its data capabilities.
