Link Group has completed the acquisition of London-based Capita Asset Services (CAS) and launched its new Link Asset Services division.
The acquisition expands the Sydney-based solution provider’s European operating platform, as well as its regional capabilities.
It means Link Group now operates in 17 jurisdictions worldwide, and has more than £600 billion in assets under administration.
John McMurtrie, managing director at Link Group, said: “In CAS, we have acquired a business with leading market positions across its fund, corporate and private client, shareholder and banking and debt service lines.”
