Using excellent communication and problem-solving skills, their Client Services team provide first-line customer care to Independent Financial Advisors, individual investors, and large institutions and governments. Our client is looking to expand these teams and as a result there are a number of opportunities both in Kent and Surrey.
Previous experience in asset management or financial services is not a requirement, but applicants do need to have a good telephone manner and experience of client or customer services in a professional environment.
You will be required to:
Provide support and information to the customers and clients of the firm to resolve any queries or questions that they may have
Promote products and services
Taking incoming telephone calls and responding to a variety of enquiries
Continuously demonstrate a high level of customer service
To always interact in a friendly and professional manner
Full training will be provided.
