This is a unique opportunity for highly motivated Project Managers / Programme managers to make a significant contribution to the Capital Markets Operations Transformation Practice at one of the most successful global consulting firms. You will help grow the Capital Markets practice through support for business development activities, developing value propositions and playing a lead role in client engagement and assignment delivery.

Key responsibilities include:

Business development support.

Mentor and coach other members of the team.

Develop and convert a pipeline of opportunities either through sell-on and/or new work.

Formulate propositions and solutions that meet client requirements.

Build and maintain strong client relationships within the sector, leveraging proven industry
content and delivery capability.

Job Requirements

Business Analysis or Project management (to include proven methodologies such as PRINCE II, MSP)
and demonstrable client account management capabilities.

Solution development, showing a clear ability as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) to enhance existing
solutions, and develop new ones, with specific emphasis on Operations Transformation and Best
Practice (including 'Lean' and Six Sigma).

Team player with demonstrable people management skills.

You will have experience in at least two of the following areas:

Supported our clients through the changing regulatory landscape, analysing the expected impact of
OTC derivative reform and supporting the management of their change agenda to fulfill their
obligations

Improved the client on-boarding process through highlighting inefficiencies and bottlenecks and
implementing industry best practice

Led the entry of several of our clients' into Emerging Markets in the Middle East, Africa and
Eastern Europe

Established a governance structure and project management best practices across the portfolio of
large-scale change initiatives in an Investment Bank

Completed a full FTB analysis of reference data usage and issues within an Investment Bank and
designed a target state for reference data

Analysed eTrading offerings and provided support for project management and vendor analysis

Provided technical support, solution design and testing support and management for projects across
the Front and Back office

Trades processing - from trade capture to downstream routing (clearing, settlement, confirmation,
asset servicing etc). Understand trade flows and data captured to support trade processing

Operations experience - securities processing

Collateral Management experience

FX / Derivatives experience - Derivatives product knowledge (especially FX, Interest Rate and
Equity derivative experience)

Regulatory Change experience (Mifid, Mifir, Dodd Frank EMIR, CASS)
