Our client, a global bank, requires a Senior Technical Manager for their Trustee and Depositary business to be the primary technical expert in areas relating to the business, leading the technical management and enhancement of their operations. The person will also represent the division on industry technical bodies and provide technical support to internal governance meetings as appropriate.

The ideal candidate must have;

Previous technical experience in a UK depositary business dealing with both UCITS & Alternative Investment Funds (AIFs) – or in a funds management company dealing with technical
/ compliance matters relating to funds


Experience of implementing significant change

particularly in relation to depositary-related oversight activities such as investment compliance

Flexibility and ability to handle a range of activities as would be expected in a new business start-up.
