A multinational financial services firm is looking for a Senior Technical Brokerage Manager to join their Brokerage Operations team in Kent. The successful candidate will sit within a team responsible for all asset servicing and administration associated with the support of all brokerage asset classes.

Key Responsibilities

•Responsible for creation and the implementation of the Operating Model, Technical & Business Requirements, Processes and Procedures
•
Creation and implementation of the Operating Model
•
Creation and ownership of process flows and procedures
•
Solution design and sign off of all Business Solution Documents
•
Definition and ongoing ownership of operational controls, ensuring the business has adequate controls in place to avoid risk and errors.
•
Support the Director, UK Retail Operations & AD Brokerage Operations with any additional project related activities.
•
UK & International Travel as required

Skills required:

•Proven Brokerage Operations Management Experience
•
Experience of working with Retail Clients
•
Working knowledge of the following asset classes; Equity/Fixed Income/ETF/Investment Trusts.
•
Strong Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook skills.
•
Strong attention to detail
•
Experience of participating in projects
•
Problem solving skills
•
Process improvements
•
Strong stakeholder/customer Management
