A leading international financial services firm is seeking a Sales Administration Services to join their London team on a 12 month temporary basis.
Working within the Sales team responsible for Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA). Providing administrative support to a team of sales professionals focused on the provision of asset servicing and fund administration solutions to sophisticated asset owners and asset managers.
Development & maintenance of core content library
Project managing the response process, engaging senior stakeholders as required throughout the process
Production of high impact collateral using a variety of different mediums
Coordinating with internal departments such as corporate marketing and product to execute effectively on sales pitches and campaigns
Ad-hoc project work to support Head of Sales
Meeting & event support
The successful candidate will have strong written and verbal communication skills and presentation/design experience.
