Working in the Business Oversight function within the COO group this is a very broad role that will support a number of activities relating to business oversight including client asset governance, KYC, working with our delegated and outsourced functions as well as support for CASS audits and other ad hoc activities.

Specific Responsibilities

Day to day oversight of our business KYC responsibilities

Administration of CASS Audits

Support for CASS and CAP activity including reporting and breach investigation

Ad hoc client asset related activity

Assisting with Business Oversight initiatives to comply regulatory demands

Supporting the creation of regulatory reporting and the production of MI

Managing follow ups and completion of remediation works

Gathering information to enable Business Oversight to respond to regulatory requirements.

Alert management immediately of any significant changes to business risks and internal controls effectiveness.

Notify management and/or Compliance immediately of any regulatory breach.
