Our client, a Fintech top 50 firm, is looking for a salesperson to identify and land key new business leads in order to deliver agreed revenue and sales KPI’s within his / her remit. The ideal candidate must be a fluent Mandarin speaker, have exceptional understanding of the mutual funds, ETF and pensions industries and an operational background in fund trading. They must also have a strong comprehension of the roles of industry participants such as distributors, fund managers, service providers and custodians. A local HK / Asian Rolodex would be beneficial. Finally, they need to have demonstrated success in Client Relationship, Sales and/or Strategic Product roles and have experience and understanding of delivering against agreed Revenue and Sales targets, as well as Operating and Product budgets.
