Our client is a leading Bank with strong presence across Asia Pacific. We are hiring for a VP/Director, Team Lead to handle Treasury, Asset Liability Management and Liquidity Management for the business to be based in Hong Kong.

Our ideal candidate for this Team Lead, Liquidity and Asset Liability Management role should have at least 10 years of experience in Asset Liability Management (ALM), Capital Management, Liquidity or a related Finance function. We are keen to see ALM and Liquidity candidates who have experience in Basel, Capital Planning or a related skill.

The main requirements for the VP/Director Treasury, Asset Liability Management, and Liquidity Management role:

Lead a team of ALM and Capital Management employees

Oversee ALM systems and implement and enhance existing ALM processes and systems

Enhance and implement ALM and Liquidity management procedures and policies

Represent the business as part of ALCO

Oversee Balance Sheet Management and Capital Planning

Support the business heads on all Treasury and Liquidity matters and ensure all guidelines in relation to ALM and Liquidity are in line with the HKMA guidelines

Ensure that Basel and Liquidity requirements are met
