Our client is a multinational financial services and technology corporation with a strong influence worldwide. We are hiring a Risk Consultant to be based in the Singapore office. This role is part of expansion within the team and we are looking for strong Risk & Compliance candidates to go on board as part of an established Risk team.

Our ideal candidate for this Risk Consultant role should have minimally 5 years experience with business underwriting or compliance consultation. We are keen to see candidates who have experience in issuing programme management, portfolio management and AML risk management/reporting. We are also open to candidates who has audit background and the ability to learn and adapt to new AML / risk management tools

The main responsibilities for the Risk Consultant role with the multinational financial services and technology corporation:

To work with the sales team and programme manager to support customers' onboarding processes.

To provide risk advisory on customer's product design, KYC due diligence, AML risk assessment, customer onboarding and fraud monitoring.

To provide a risk assessment on new issuing products and to ensure that they are in-line with the client's company policies.

To determine risk limits which are associated with the issuing of products to the customer.

To perform periodic review of customer and ensure that they are adhering to the contractual agreement with the client.

To support Fraud, Compliance and Monitoring functions.

To support customer's request on changes in existing products, business account and risk limits.

To ensure automated customer onboarding tools are tested, reviewed and improved.

Support Head of Risk in maintaining and improving the risk management policies and procedures.

To support the sales on business visits and business development

To provide risk management training if required.
