Gen II Fund Services picks NTT as cloud services provider

Gen II Fund Services (Gen II) has chosen NTT, the global technology services firm, as its managed cloud services provider.

The new multi-year agreement will consolidate Gen II’s cloud support and security desks to leverage NTT’s cloud capabilities.

Gen II chose NTT’s advisory and digital services experts to modernise and manage its IT infrastructure to improve operational efficiencies and enhance its customer service.

The partnership will create a service desk available 24/7 to all Gen II staff globally across time zones. Located in the US, the service desk is designed to further improve the consistency and coverage of Gen II’s client service.
