Amol Naik has been named the chief operating officer for Capitolis, a financial technology company.

Naik will be expected to manage the organisation's day-to-day operations, as well as drive the firm’s business strategy. He brings over 25 years experience in strategic and risk management roles across a number of fintech firms, including Pagaya where he most recently served as chief operating officer.

“Amol has a proven track record of delivering impact and innovation in the financial industry, and his extensive experience in financial resource optimisation and in building and scaling a fintech company will be invaluable as we continue our rapid growth, " says Gil Mandelzis, founder and CEO of Capitolis.
