Eoin Hamill has been promoted to partner, following his contribution to Ogier's debt capital markets and structured finance team.
Having advised issuers and managers on a range of both public and private securitised structures, Hamill progressed to his new role via the firm's partner development programme.
The company says his promotion will also add strength to Ogier's structured finance service offering in Ireland.
