Noah Wortman has joined Walgate Litigation Management as head of strategy.
The new venture, powered by Fladgate, aims to support the pursuit of recoveries in group claims — with focus on securities litigation.
Walgate aims to provide end-to-end administrative support throughout the lifecycle of group litigation.
On his new role, Wortman says: “I look forward to continuing to provide access to justice by creating pathways to recovery for global investors and consumers harmed by corporate misconduct, including securities fraud, market manipulation, and violations of global regulatory requirements.”
