Fasanara Capital, an asset manager specialised in fintech-driven investments, has joined Clearstream.
The firm will use Clearstream’s global network, along with its Vestima platform, to expand its presence in private markets and enhance its fund execution services.
The collaboration is also said to streamline Fasanara Capital’s investor onboarding and compliance processes, as well as reduce operational complexity.
John Mckenzie, director of client solutions at Fasanara Capital, says: “Partnering with Clearstream helps us expand access to our private credit strategies in a more efficient and scalable way.
