CLS welcomes new board members 18 June 2025US Reporter: Clelia Frondaroli

CLS has appointed Brigitte Daurelle and Ryo Terazawa to its board of directors.
Daurelle currently serves as an independent non-executive director at SFIL, and was the former CEO of Euroclear Belgium, France, and the Netherlands.
Terazawa is the managing director, deputy head of the transaction services division at MUFG Bank. Prior to this role, he was the head of the transaction marketing office at MUFG.
The CLS Board now comprises 21 directors in total.
Gottfried Leibbrandt, chair of the board, comments: “We are delighted to welcome our new directors to the Board.
