Ogier Global has appointed Samantha Fu as director in its Singapore office.
Fu will focus on delivering corporate governance solutions for offshore investment funds, including hedge funds, private equity funds, and segregated portfolio companies.
Before joining Ogier, she worked as an independent fund director with global professional services firms based in the Cayman Islands, British Virgin Islands and Singapore.
