Xiao-I Corporation has renewed its contract with a China-based mutual fund management business, to continue offering AI-powered services via its iBot Pro platform.
The iBot Pro platform is an enterprise-grade, multi-channel, multi-modal conversational AI solution, which will support the asset manager in delivering sophisticated, instant, and personalised services to its client base.
The partnership will provide a number of services such as 24/7 customer service, where clients will receive immediate responses to complex queries regarding account status and fund performance, etc.
In addition, the asset manager will have access to automated inquiries regarding net asset value (NAV), subscription and redemption processes, and financial advice.
