Carne Group, a European third-party management company and a provider of fund regulation and governance solutions, has appointed Francis Parisis as head of business development (MD) Luxembourg.
Parisis brings over two decades of senior sales experience across managed services, private wealth, and alternative funds.
He has held several key roles, including at PwC and Citco, and his expertise spans global markets, with a particular focus on delivering solutions to high-net-worth individuals and institutional clients.
Commenting on his appointment, Parisis says: “I’m delighted to be joining Carne, a leader in the fund governance space. I am excited to introduce Carne’s innovative solutions to my network across the asset services industry, alternative funds, and family office sectors.
“Luxembourg plays a pivotal role in the global fund ecosystem, and I’m looking forward to working with our teams and partners to deepen our presence and support Carne’s international growth strategy.”
In a joint statement, Pascal Dufour, country head of Carne, Luxembourg, and Mark Stockley, chief business development officer at Carne, add: “We are thrilled to welcome Francis as he leads our Luxembourg client coverage into its next phase of growth.
“Carne’s momentum in Luxembourg, reflected in a 48 per cent increase in AUM since December 2023, illustrates our ambition and commitment: to be the most agile, data-driven, and client-centric ManCo both locally and globally.
“Francis’ deep industry expertise will be instrumental in driving our commercial expansion, particularly in Luxembourg, which remains a core jurisdiction for our clients and a key area of long-term opportunity.”
