Ogier has announced the promotions of finance law specialists Laura Archange and Constantin Iscru to its Luxembourg partnership.
According to the firm, both Archange and Iscru bring extensive experience in their respective areas and strengthen the firm’s partner-led offering.
Archange specialises in cross-border fund financing and securitisation transactions.
With a dual focus on regulatory compliance and innovative structuring, she advises banks, asset managers, and institutional clients on complex financing solutions and EU/Luxembourg market trends.
Iscru advises on a wide range of financing transactions, including capital markets financing, securitisation, acquisition financing, restructuring and insolvency, fund finance, real estate and private equity financing, leveraged finance and fintech/blockchain.
