TMF Group acquires Nordgain

TMF Group, a provider of global administrative and compliance services, has announced the acquisition of Nordgain, a provider of finance, accounting and tax compliance services based in Lithuania.

Nordgain also operates in Latvia and will soon open an office in Estonia.

With this acquisition, TMF Group expands into two new countries, increasing its global footprint to 89 jurisdictions and establishes a physical presence in the Baltic region.

They also include specialised services?for licensed companies, electronic money institutions, investment funds, and collective investment undertakings.

Jan Willem van Drimmelen, head of Europe at TMF Group, comments: “The Baltics have been an important trading partner for many countries in Europe and the Nordics, and we’ve been following the rapid economic development in the Baltics over the past decade.
