Cosegic has announced that Waystone Compliance Solutions UK business will be transferred to Cosegic.
The firm says that following a strategic review, Waystone identified Cosegic as the right long-term home for its UK compliance solutions business.
According to the firms, the transfer of the team and the clients they support, will ensure full continuity of service and a seamless transition.
This will be supported through MyCosegic — Cosegic’s digital compliance and learning management platform.
