Proxymity, a digital investor communications platform, has expanded its collaboration with BNY through BNY’s adoption of Vote Connect Global (VCG) product.
Through its implementation of VCG, BNY’s clients will benefit from expanded and consistent proxy voting capabilities across their network.
VCG provides global coverage, delivering efficiency and transparency to investors for corporate governance and proxy voting.
The addition of VCG builds upon BNY’s existing adoption of Proxymity’s solutions, following the migration to Proxymity’s Investor Portal, Self-Serve Reporting, and N-PX reporting capabilities and its use of Proxymity’s Vote Connect Total Services.
As part of this implementation, Proxymity has connected with BNY’s entire sub-custody and agent bank network of sub-custodians to complete global voting coverage for BNY’s clients.
