NeoXam has extended NeoXam Manager and NeoXam Compliance to Raiffeisen KAG, a part of Raiffeisen Bank International and an asset management company in Croatia.
Raiffeisen Capital Management has relied on NeoXam Manager and NeoXam Compliance for many years in Austria and has now chosen to extend the platform to its Croatian fund management operations.
The extension aims to provide the Croatian entity with a platform for portfolio management and pre and post-trade compliance monitoring, ensuring consistency, operational efficiency, and enhanced governance throughout its investment processes.
NeoXam Compliance enables the investment teams at Raiffeisen Capital Management to automate monitoring processes and ensure that portfolios are managed in accordance with regulatory, client, and internal investment guidelines.
Harald Frodl, head of Fund Services at Raiffeisen Capital Management, says: “Our long-standing relationship with NeoXam and our positive experience with both NeoXam Manager and NeoXam Compliance made the extension to our Croatian operations a natural step.
“A harmonised platform supports our operational model, enables greater efficiency, and provides the flexibility required to address local market needs while maintaining consistent standards across the organisation.”
Charles Sayac, managing director of continental Europe at NeoXam, adds: “We are delighted to continue supporting Raiffeisen Capital Management in its growth and operational excellence initiatives.
“This extension demonstrates the value of a standardised yet flexible platform that can be deployed across markets while meeting the unique requirements of each business entity. We look forward to further strengthening our partnership in the years ahead.”
