Gen II Fund Services has announced Funded Partner Transfers, the firm’s new module within its digital subscription platform Funded.
The new module simplifies secondary transfers, which the firm explains has traditionally relied on extensive paper-based documentation and high transaction costs, through a guided, self-service workflow.
Funded’s platform, which is part of Gen II’s Sensr Solutions suite, brings together fund sponsors, fund formation attorneys, and transfer parties in one integrated digital environment.
The firm explains, through Funded Partner Transfers, the entire transfer process is completed online, transferees submit all required data and documentation directly within Funded, transferors review and counter-sign via Docusign, and all parties gain real-time visibility of the process and status.
