Phoenix Fund Services appoints new non-execs

Phoenix Fund Services has announced the appointment of Theodore Agnew and Peter Little as non-executive directors of Phoenix Administration Services.

Agnew is currently a partner in Somerton Capital, a private equity firm; a non-executive director of Jubilee Managing Agency, a Lloyds insurance business; and a non-executive director of the Education Board. Previously, he founded Town & Country Assistance and was a co-founder of WNS Global Services.

Little was a co-founder and served as managing director of Braid Systems. He has also been chairman of Cadis Software since March 2008, among other roles in the financial services industry.

David Tibble, chairman of Phoenix Fund Services, said, “I am delighted to welcome Theodore and Peter onto the board of Phoenix Administration Services Limited. They both bring a wealth of experience in financial services to Phoenix at an exciting time...their presence can only enhance the company’s prospects as it embarks on in its next stage of development.”
