Europe expected to produce most client growth
In a recent survey, Aite Group has shown Europe is expected to produce the most client growth for asset servicing firms over the next 3 years.
In the online survey, 21 assets servicing firms were asked which regions were anticipated to give the greatest growth in client bases over the next three years. Europe came out on top with 52 percent, with the US in second (43 percent) and Asia Pacific (not including Australia and New Zealand) in third (38 percent).
In recent years, asset servicers have been improving operational efficiencies, handling new regulation and upgrading technology in response to market and client changes.
