SANNE opens new office in Amsterdam

SANNE, a provider of alternative asset and corporate services, has opened a new office in Amsterdam.

According to SANNE, the opening of this new office adds further European capability to the network of offices located in London, Dublin, Luxembourg, Madrid, Paris and the Channel Islands.

The Dutch office will provide a range of corporate and management services to institutionally focused client base.

The core services being offered from the new office will include the administration of SPV’s across real estate, private equity, private debt and capital markets.

The Amsterdam office will work with other European-based offices to provide complementary services including, alternative investment fund managers ManCo services, loan agency services, Alternative Investment Fund Managers Directive compliant depositary services and accounting and regulatory reporting services.

The office also provides further opportunities post-Brexit for EU-based services.

Sean Murray, managing director, alternative assets for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, said: ‘We are delighted to announce the opening of our new office in Amsterdam in the Netherlands, which adds further value to our already well-established European footprint. The new office will also provide further service capability and benefits for our clients based in Europe.”

He added: “Yasemin Demirtas, director and country head for the Netherlands, will be based in
the Amsterdam office managing the members of permanent staff.”
