S&P Global has expanded its AI-powered capabilities across its private markets ecosystem, including new iLEVEL enhancements.
iLEVEL is the firm’s private markets platform for portfolio monitoring, valuations, reporting, and data management, which the firm notes is at the centre of the expansion.
The latest enhancements to iLEVEL build on AI capabilities embedded within the platform which helps automate data-intensive workflows and enables users to surface portfolio insights through natural language search, explains the firm.
Additionally, the firm says the expansion enables customers to securely connect their iLEVEL data and capabilities to third party AI tools, like Copilot and Claude, through iLEVEL’s model context protocol (MCP) server while still maintaining existing access controls and permissions.
Kelly McGeehan, head of markets and regulatory, enterprise solutions at S&P Global Market Intelligence, says: “Private markets firms increasingly need connected data, analytics, and workflows that help them operate more efficiently and make decisions with confidence.
“We're bringing together capabilities across S&P Global's private markets ecosystem, with iLEVEL playing an important role in connecting customers' data and workflows to the analytics, valuations, and AI capabilities they need to make better-informed decisions.”
