Polymath Research, a provider of enterprise-grade digital securities infrastructure, has partnered with regulated US institutional digital asset trust firm High Ridge Trust to broaden participation in tokenised markets.
The collaboration combines Polymath’s issuance, compliance, and lifecycle management technology with High Ridge’s institutional infrastructure.
High Ridge will provide capabilities including custody, client-directed trading, and access to potential yield opportunities.
The firms intend to identify technical and operational initiatives, utilising their respective platforms and market relationships.
Speaking on the initiative, Natalie Hirsch, chief financial officer of Polymath, says: “High Ridge shares our belief that the next generation of capital markets will require blockchain technology and traditional financial safeguards to operate within a connected ecosystem.”
Karen Wendel, president and CEO of High Ridge Trust, adds: “Institutional adoption of tokenisation requires more than technology.
“It requires regulated financial infrastructure, clear responsibilities and controls designed for the realities of digital assets.”
