SimCorp opens office in Mexico City

Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) investment management solutions provider SimCorp has opened a new office in Mexico City, Mexico. The office aims to support SimCorp’s existing Delivery Centre setup, and is led by Oscar Nasta.

SimCorp currently has several global delivery centres in key locations across the world in order to serve clients around the clock. Global delivery centres are located in Manilla, in the Philippines, and Noida, in India, for the company’s APAC and global operations. In the EMEA region, centres have been established in Kyiv, Ukraine and Warsaw, Poland.

Georg Hetrodt, chief operating officer at SimCorp, says: “From Mexico, we can build on our existing global ability to serve clients, implement remotely and provide ‘always-on’ support across all our markets, but especially in North America due to the beneficial time zone alignment between Mexico and North America.”

Ronan Donnelly, SVP of SaaS Operations at SimCorp, comments: “Our presence in Mexico City will better enable us to deliver key value-add components of our SaaS service offers to the North America client base, thereby enabling greater operating model flexibility for our clients.”

Nasta states: “I’m confident that the Mexico City office will start delivering value shortly in 2023 by ramping up to more than 40 colleagues by the end of the year. I see a bright future for the expansion, with the office in the most important financial district in Mexico.
