FNZ has appointed Cornelia Coman as group head of Europe and Tom Chard as group head of growth.

The additions to the wealth management platform’s executive committee forms part of its ongoing investment in driving sustainable growth.

Roman Regelman, group president at FNZ, comments: "These appointments reflect our commitment to delivering sustainable value to clients and investing in world-class leadership. Cornelia and Tom bring exceptional expertise and track records in driving growth, strengthening client partnerships, and leading transformational change."

Coman will lead FNZ’s strategy across key European markets and deepen client partnerships across the region. She brings over two decades of experience to the role, having held senior executive roles at ING Bank and NN Group.

She says: "I’m excited to join FNZ and contribute to its next phase of growth. Europe is a critical region for the business, and I’m looking forward to building on our strong client relationships and market-leading platform."

Chard will lead FNZ’s global growth agenda, focusing on aligning regional strategies and capabilities. He joined the firm in 2018 and most recently served as group head of North America.

Chard adds: "This is a pivotal time for FNZ. I’m looking forward to working with our global teams to drive growth, strengthen our value proposition, and create meaningful, lasting impact for our clients."
