Xceptor has expanded its collaboration with Danske Bank with the aim of revolutionising data automation through the use of generative AI.

The expanded collaboration will see the Danish financial services provider leverage Xceptor’s generative AI capabilities for data automation, reconciliations, and tax processing.

Michael Holmgaard Mortensen, managing director, Markets Post Trade Services & Markets Quants at Danske Bank, adds: “By leveraging Xceptor's advanced platform and generative AI, we are keen to enhance our offerings and customer service, now with a focus on reconciliations.”

This forms part of Forward 28, Danske Bank’s plan to invest in digitisation, AI and technology.

Michiel Verhoeven, CEO of Xceptor, says: “By empowering Danske Bank with our advanced generative AI capabilities across both tax reclaims and reconciliations, we’re thrilled to play a key role in the Bank’s Forward 28 strategy through digitisation, bringing tangible benefits to both clients and employees.”
