20 May 2025 US

Alan Jackson has joined Addition Compliance as director of the firm's newly opened Dublin office.
The appointment signifies the company's growth across Europe, where it says it will be able to strengthen its capabilities in regulatory reporting and compliance services.
Jackson comes to his new role from Apex Fund Services, where he spent six years as head of compliance solutions Ireland. He holds over 15 years of regulatory reporting and financial services experience, where he has overseen regulatory implementation projects at Deutsche Bank and HSBC.
On his new role, Jackson says: “With regulatory pressures increasing, our clients need trusted partners who can provide clarity, precision, and dependability — and I look forward to helping the team deliver exactly that.”
Nick Baldwin, CEO of Addition Compliance, adds: “[Jackson's] leadership at Apex and deep understanding of fund compliance challenges across Europe make him an exceptional asset.”
