Sunetra Global completes acquisition of Khepri

Suntera Global, an independent provider of bespoke fund, corporate and private wealth services, has announced that it has completed its acquisition of fund administration and corporate services provider Khepri, following the receipt of all regulatory approvals.
The acquisition was initially announced in May.
According to Sunetra, it forms part of its growth strategy, which focuses on supporting institutional clients with service across a broad range of alternative asset classes and jurisdictions.
In particular, the acquisition creates a new full-service fund administration offering for Suntera in the UK.
