Ultimus Fund Solutions, an independent provider of full-service, technology-enhanced fund administration, accounting, and investor solutions, and Xceptor, a data automation platform for financial markets, has announced the expansion of its six-year partnership.
According to the firms, the expanded partnership combines Ultimus’ expertise in fund administration with Xceptor’s data automation platform to streamline operations, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce risk across all global verticals and business lines.
The companies add that the partnership allows Ultimus and its clients to benefit from faster processing times, enhanced data accuracy, and customised reporting.
Xceptor’s data automation platform and artificial intelligence framework is embedded into uSUITE, Ultimus’ proprietary platform, which — according to the company — leverages robotic processing software, machine learning, and APIs to streamline data processing.
Jason Stevens, executive vice president and chief technology officer at Ultimus, says: “Xceptor’s automation capabilities have drastically reduced the time required for our fund accountants to process data, transforming tasks that previously took hours into seconds. This efficiency allows our associates to focus on critical financial analysis, significantly enhancing productivity and employee morale.”
“By automating data ingestion and processing, Xceptor has also minimised operational risks, eliminated manual errors, and reduced the need for human intervention in routine tasks.”
Grant Coombe, chief revenue officer at Xceptor, adds: “Fund administrators operate in a complex and dynamic landscape with vast and complex datasets across multiple sources. We are thrilled to expand the use of our industry-leading data automation platform enterprise-wide, to Ultimus Fund Solutions.”
