Scorpeo joins The Securities Services Advisory Group

Scorpeo, a fintech specialist which deals with corporate actions, has announced that it has joined The Securities Services Advisory Group (TSSAG) as its newest member.

TSSAG is a network for advisory, consulting, programme management, research and resourcing members of the post-trade and securities services industry.

Mark Kerns, chairman of TSSAG, says: “We are delighted to welcome Scorpeo to our ever-expanding group.

“Scorpeo are at the forefront of enhancing corporate action decision making and we look forward to benefiting from their expertise and insights as we support our collective, global clients in this critical area.”

Jonny Ruck, CEO at Scorpeo, adds: “We are delighted to join TSSAG and their growing international membership, which will aid our focus on working with CSDs globally, using our unique Cash+ software to integrate seamlessly and efficiently, thus enabling fund managers to improve fund performance, adhere to good governance frameworks and drive investor returns.
