Ogier Global appoints Grenyer and Goosse

Ogier Global, Ogier’s corporate and fiduciary services division, has appointed Mark Grenyer as head of fund administration in Jersey, and Michaël Goosse as head of fund administration in Luxembourg.
Mark Grenyer is an associate of the Chartered Governance Institute with more than 25 years’ international financial services experience, primarily in the funds sector.
He has worked across diverse asset classes, including real assets, infrastructure, private equity, venture capital, debt, renewable energy, hedge funds, litigation funding and fine art.
Michaël Goosse has more than 20 years of experience in the corporate and fund administration industry in Luxembourg, with an extensive background working with international clients mainly in the corporate and private equity sector.
