Proxymity, a digital investor communications platform, has collaborated with Breukel Software, a provider of general meeting services to German issuer agents.
Through this partnership, Proxymity’s platform will provide individual and institutional investors access to digital voting for German issuers.
The investor communications platform says the collaboration reflects their commitment to improve market transparency and investor engagement in Germany by connecting their technology-driven communications infrastructure with German issuer agents serviced via Breukel Software.
