Fintech Fringe has launched DealFlow LIVE, a structured series of events connecting investment-ready fintechs with HSBC Innovation Banking UK's network of venture capitals, growth equity funds, and alternative lenders focused on metrics, business fundamentals, and bankable assets.

Qualifying fintechs raising seed or Series A investment, with at least £1 million annual recurring revenue, scalable revenue models, strong governance, and demonstrable product-market fit will be invited to present to active investors with capital to deploy.

Thomas Easterby, head of Fintech, HSBC Innovation Banking UK, notes: “For many companies, raising capital is a resource-intensive process. DealFlow LIVE is designed to create a more focused and efficient route to funding by connecting investment-ready fintechs directly with active investors who understand their stage, metrics and growth ambition.

“Through partnerships like these, we help startups and scale-ups access the capital, connections and support they need to scale with speed and ambition — sustaining the strength and resilience of the UK innovation economy, and role as Europe’s leading tech hub”.

Calypso Harland, founder of Fintech Fringe, adds: “The fundraising process is taking longer than ever, distracting leadership teams from their growth plans and even the most fundable founders are struggling to quickly access the capital they need to scale.”
