Qomply, a centralised regulatory intelligence platform providing transaction reporting, has selected Andee Schneider as managing director for North America.

Schneider brings over two decades of leadership experience driving revenue growth and technical sales in the financial markets industry, including tenures at Bank of America Securities, UBS Securities, and Trading Technologies.

In this new role, Schneider will be responsible for advising Qomply on its expansion across the Americas and APAC regions.

Her focus will be on client advisory, navigating shifting regulatory landscapes, and ensuring that Qomply acts as a trusted regulatory partner for financial institutions.

Schneider joins Qomply with a track record in financial sales and execution, having previously served as managing director, and head of sales and execution for the Americas at Bank of America Securities.

There, she managed a team that focused on driving revenue and market share growth across futures, options, and OTC clearing.

Throughout her career, Schneider has taken a consultative sales strategy, shifting the focus from traditional product pitching to acting as a strategic content provider for her clients.

Michelle Zak, co-founder at Qomply, notes: "We are thrilled to welcome Andee to our team. Her decades of experience leading technical sales for some of the world's largest financial institutions makes her an invaluable asset.

"Andee intimately understands the operational friction our clients face, and her global perspective will play a pivotal role as we continue to grow and innovate in the RegTech space.”

Scheneider adds: “I’m incredibly excited to be joining Qomply. There has been a definitive shift in focus within financial institutions; it is no longer just about returns, but also about operational excellence.

She continues: “I look forward to working with the team to build on this momentum and help our clients future-proof their operations.”
