Omnia Exchange, powered by LMAX Group, is partnering with Monavate to give payment providers access to the market infrastructure needed to support efficient global payment operations.
Via a single API connectivity layer, Monavate can access LMAX Group’s institutional liquidity and execution infrastructure in order to streamline backend operations and settlement processes.
According to Omnia, providers can access real-time pricing and execution, reduce intraday risk, and scale crypto, stablecoin, and fiat settlements without building a trading or risk function.
Through combining Monavate’s payment capabilities and Omnia’s access, businesses can benefit from more efficiency without the complexity of independent management of those capabilities, say the firms.
Oscar Vickerman, head of Strategic Distribution of LMAX Group, says: “As businesses increasingly look to digital assets as part of payment and settlement workflows, access to deep liquidity, reliable execution, and scalable infrastructure becomes increasingly important.”
Micheal Rolph, CEO of Monavate, adds: “Payments are moving onchain, and the businesses that win will be the ones that can issue, move, and settle money anywhere without touching legacy systems.
“Working with LMAX Group gives us institutional-grade execution and settlement underneath that, so we can scale globally without our customers ever having to think about what’s under the hood.”
